The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action involves the lifting of sanctions directed against several leading Iranian terrorists. These include Qassem Suleimani, commander of the Quds Force—which is responsible for much of Iran’s terror operations abroad as well as its war against the U.S. in Iraq—and Ahmad Vahidi, one of the planners of the 1994 bombing of the Buenos Aires Jewish community center. Derek Harvey, Jack Keane, and Michael Pregent discuss this aspect of the deal and its implications. (Moderated by Lee Smith; video, 90 minutes.)
